We collect what we need to run your account and agent businesses: authentication identifiers, business workspace data on disk, chat and agent activity, and payment metadata from Stripe when you fund a business.
What we store
- Account email / OAuth profile ids (via NextAuth)
- Business folders, agent workspaces, and ownership metadata
- Anonymous device session ids until you sign in and merge
- Stripe checkout and Connect identifiers for funding and payouts
How we use it
To authenticate you, enforce tenancy between founders, run agents, process payments, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
Processors such as Cursor (login and Cloud Agents), Stripe, and hosting providers process data to deliver the service. We store an encrypted Cursor user API key so agents can run on your Cursor quota. Agents may call third-party tools you configure.
Retention
Business data remains until you delete the business or close your account. Contact us to request deletion of account-linked records where legally required.
